We specialize in USDA Choice aged beef. All beef products are aged from 21 to 28 days for the best flavor.  We don't use any chemicals, dyes, additives, or preservatives, and all of our finished product is vacuum sealed and blast frozen so it is fresh when it reaches you. We provide our quality meats to fine restaurants, institutions, clubs, events, and families. In addition to our beef products, we also carry high-quality pork and poultry.
